Atelier 108 is a private, one-to-one movement and coaching studio in central London. Designed for a completely personal experience, welcoming one client at a time into a quiet, considered space.
The work is bespoke and integrative, bringing together movement training, coaching, and mind–body practices to support clarity, strength, and long-term resilience.
The Experience
One To One Sessions
All work at Atelier 108 takes place one-to-one. Sessions are shaped entirely around the individual — their body, history, patterns, and current capacity. Rather than following a fixed programme or class structure, each session evolves through observation, dialogue, and response, allowing the work to meet the person where they are.
Movement & Training
Movement forms the foundation of the work. Drawing from Pilates, functional movement, and embodied training practices, sessions focus on strength, articulation, coordination, and ease. The emphasis is not on performance or repetition, but on developing clarity, efficiency, and trust in the body over time.
Coaching & Mindbody Work
Alongside movement, sessions may include coaching and reflective practices that support awareness, regulation, and insight. Attention is given to how patterns of thought, behaviour, and stress interact with the body, allowing physical work to be supported by cognitive and emotional clarity.
The Studio
The studio is designed as a calm, private environment, welcoming only one client at a time. Sessions are unhurried and uninterrupted, with attention given to comfort, atmosphere, and presence. The space supports focus and discretion, allowing the work to unfold without distraction.
Who is this for?
Atelier 108 tends to suit those who are drawn to working slowly and thoughtfully, with attention given to both detail and context. Some arrive with a clear goal or physical concern. Others arrive with questions that are harder to name. What brings people back is the experience of being met over time — through work that adapts, deepens, and evolves rather than following a set formula.
