Every new client begins here — a conversation and a first session together, to understand what the work could hold for you.

For first-time clients, beginning with a Discovery Session is recommended. This first appointment gives us the opportunity to explore your movement history, current presentation and goals, and to spend time working together in the studio — a chance to understand how you move, experience the environment, and decide together whether Atelier108 is the right fit. There is no expectation to continue beyond this first session.

Your Discovery Session includes:

• A conversation exploring your movement history, goals and current presentation

• A personalised movement assessment

• Time working together in the studio

• Initial recommendations and, where appropriate, a suggested pathway for ongoing practice

Ahead of your session, you'll be sent a short health and wellbeing questionnaire to complete in advance, so the work can be shaped safely around you from the very first appointment.
