Atelier108 is a space with quiet presence — warm, considered and unmistakably its own.
A studio designed exclusively for attentive one-to-one practice, it’s a space that lets you arrive fully & work with focused care, making time here feel like time well spent.
The Movement Lab
The Movement Lab is the primary space for one-to-one movement practice at Atelier 108. Designed for exploration and refinement, it supports work that is responsive, varied, and shaped around the individual rather than a fixed routine.
The studio’s design reflects Rachel’s integrative teaching approach, bringing multiple movement disciplines into a single, coherent workroom. Carefully equipped to support Pilates, yoga, barre, and functional movement practices, the space allows sessions to adapt fluidly — supporting a wide range of physical experiences while maintaining a sense of continuity and focus.
The Anahā Studio
अनह: The Anahā Studio is a quieter, ground-floor space dedicated to rest, reflection, and subtle forms of practice. Its name is drawn from the Sanskrit anāhata, associated with breath, spaciousness, and inner balance — qualities that shape the atmosphere of the room.
Designed as a counterpoint to the Movement Lab, the studio supports work that is slower, more inward, and restorative in nature. It is used for one-to-one sessions, contemplative practices, and therapeutic work where regulation, presence, and integration are central.
The space also hosts small-group workshops and occasional collaborative events, held within the same considered rhythm that shapes the wider work of Atelier 108.

Beginning your work here
Work at Atelier 108 begins with a Discovery Session.
This is a one-to-one session designed to explore how you move, how you work with your body, and what kind of support would be most useful for you right now. It’s a practical starting point — not an assessment and not a commitment to ongoing training.
From there, we decide together whether and how to continue. Some people move into regular sessions, others work in shorter cycles or return periodically.
